TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The sites www.la7.it, www.la7.tv, www.tgla7.it ("Sites") are the exclusive property of La7 Srl, based in Rome, Via della Pineta Sacchetti 229 (hereinafter "La7").
Access and browsing of the Websites are free of charge and they are subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) La7 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by notifying the changes through a notice published on, or via link to, the Websites and (ii) the changes with regard to previus point (i) will be the new Terms and Conditions for Access and browsing of the Websites.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

    1. The contents of the sites, such as, but not limited to, works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, texts and all other material in any format, including, for example and not exhaustive, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, patterns, tools, fonts, design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (individually and / or collectively "Content") and the related brands and / or logos are the exclusive property of La7 or otherwise in its exclusive availability, and in any case can not be in any way and / or used form without the prior written consent of La7. Unless otherwise expressly indicated on the Sites, the Content may be viewed and / or heard only in "Streaming". For "Streaming" means the display mode and / or listening to the content in real time and without the need and / or the possibility of reproduction, temporary or permanent, distribution, redistribution, public communication or other use, in any form or manner other than from "Streaming" defined here.
    2. In the event that on the Websites are provided links and embed codes for specific content, these codes may be used only by you and for your own personal and direct use. The use of these codes is not allowed for direct or indirect commercial purposes and / or profit.
    3. Any use of codes and / or the Content in violation of the limits set forth in this Legal Statement, or otherwise contrary to law, it is illegal and will be prosecuted by La7.
    4. La7, or companies authorized by La7, is the exclusive owner of the trademarks and logos "La7" and "La7d", including the domain name "www.la7.it /www.la7.tv, www.tgla7.it, www.la7sales". These marks, logos and domains cannot be used in any way without the prior written permission of La7.

  2. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

    1. The Websites may contain text links (the "links") to other websites. LA7 not control or monitoring these websites. LA7 is not responsible of their content, their rules and assumes or of the material created or published by third parties on these websites.
    2. Any link to third parties websites should not be interpreted as a La7 promotion of third parties websites/contents.

  3. COOKIES

    1. The "cookies" can be present during the browsing session of the Websites, they are not stored permanently on your PC and disappear when the browser is closed. If you prefer not to receive cookies, you can set your browser to be warned of the presence of cookies and decide whether to accept them. The browser can also be set to reject all cookies; in which case you may be unable to access all Websites’ services.

  4. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

    1. No responsibility is taken for the use that third parties may make of the material contained on the Websites.
    2. LA7 assumes no responsibility for material created or published by third parties with which the sites have a hyperlink ("links"). If you decide to visit other websites linked to LA7 Websites, you do at your own peril and it is your responsibility to take all measures against viruses or other destructive elements.
    3. You acknowledge and agree that your navigation and access to sites is entirely at your own risk and under your sole responsibility.

  5. USE OF OPERAS BELONGING TO THE DIRECTORY OF SIAE

    1. Use of Operas of the Directory SIAE by La7 Sites is governed by Country Close SIAE. 3344 / I / 3215.
    2. The use of Operas of the Directory SIAE by third-party sites through Deep links or in any other way (embedding, pop ups, etc), must be authorized by prior written notification of LA7 and could be subject to a separate, specific SIAE authorization.

  6. APPLICABLE LAW

    1. This Legal Note is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and activities covered thereto the Court of Milan, Italy, shall have not exclusive jurisdiction and the Italian laws shall apply LA7 nonetheless reserves the right to take legal proceedings in country other than Italy, to protect its interests or to enforce its rights whenever it deems it appropriate to do so.

  7. SIGNAL OF ABUSES

    1. If you identify illegal, inappropriate, offensive or vulgar User Generated Content, you are encouraged to report it to La7, filling out the form of abuse allert available at the bottom of the home page.
    2. You are invited to the responsible use of signals. Unfounded and / or illegitimate signals will be on your own responsibility.

  8. PRIVACY

    1. No personal information will be required for access to the Websites. Personal data are only required to use certain service. In this cases you must give your consent to treatment under D. Lgsl. 30 June 2003. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions.
