These General Conditions of contract (hereinafter, "General Conditions") constitute the terms and conditions that sets your use as "Registered User" - according to the procedures indicated below, art. 2 - the services of the web portal www.LA7sales.it.it unspecified art. 1 (hereinafter, the "Services" or "Service"). The Services are provided by LA7 Ltd., with registered office in Via della Pineta Sacchetti 229, 00168 Roma (hereafter, "Supplier" or "LA7"), through the portal www.LA7sales.it.it (hereinafter, the "Portal LA7sales or "Portal").
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services, along with any conditions laid down specifications for some services, in view of their special nature, characteristics and / or mode of use.

1. Services
1.1 The Registered User Services allow you to:
i. view text, images, photos, movies, sounds (the "Material");
ii. require the purchase of equipment;
iii. require commercial support.
1.2 You declare to be of age with your registration to the Portal.
1.3 In accordance with the practices and usages of the internet, you accept, as a registered user, the supplier is free to enter within the Portals advertisements.

2. Registration and Privacy
2.1 It is necessary your Registration to use the Services in accordance with art. 1.1. You must enter your personal information into the "on-line form" of Registration -a valid and active e-mail and a password- this after reading the information (hereinafter, "Privacy" ) pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 on the Code for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "Code"). You must expressly accept these Terms with specific approval of restrictive clause, by checking the "I accept".
2.2 LA7 reserves the right not to activate, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time if the data provided is factually inaccurate or nonexistent.
2.3 During the use of the Services, all your personal data provided during the registration process and during the use of the Services will be processed by LA7 -in accordance with the Privacy Code and with the information provided during the registration process, pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code.

3 Consumption of Material
3.1 For the use of the material from the portal you need to have a broadband connection.
3.2 In case of need, there is a customer service by writing an email to the mailbox sales@la7.it.

4. Indemnifies
In accordance with the provisions of the previous articles 3 and 5, you agree to indemnify www.LA7sales.it, LA7 and its member companies and / or affiliates from any liability in connection with the portal, and not to initiate any legal action against LA7 and its associated companies or subsidiaries in connection with www.LA7sales.it. Also you keep LA7 harmless against any claims by third parties relating to the misuse of the contents and information www.LA7sales.it, also with reference to the possible absence of consents and / or authorizations for use by LA7 .
You take note that LA7 offers of content and information on the site as www.LA7sales.it used them for purposes of journalism / information and has therefore proceeded to the exploitation of such content within the "fair use" provisions of the Copyright Law.

Then you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LA7 against any claim that could be made - in any place, at any time and / or to any title-from third parties relating to and / or in connection with the use of the content and information on the site www.LA7sales.it.
you, as a registered user, you will be solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining any disclaimers / authorizations from all third-party beneficiaries, which may be necessary for the legitimate use of content and information on the site www.LA7sales .it.
www.LA7sales.it, LA7, its associated companies or subsidiaries, their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives are not responsible for any damage arising out of or related to the use of www.LA7sales.it or any other site with it connected

5 Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 You acknowledge that the Content is owned by the Supplier, contain confidential information and are protected by applicable laws. The use of Content must in any case take place only to the extent permitted by the Terms and Specifications in the full respect of all rights, including the rights of copyright and other intellectual and industrial property, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. Therefore you will be solely responsible in respect of any claim made by third parties as a result of the improper use of the Contents and / or for the violation of rights of intellectual or industrial property or other rights of third parties, as well as for the violation of any applicable provision applicable , with express indemnity in favor of the Supplier.
5.2 Except if it is expressly authorized by the Supplier, you as a Registered User, agree not to change or alter in any way the Content. It is in any case understood may not sublicense, rent, sell, distribute, put in circulation, available, transforming even partly, modify, translate and still reproduce, copy, use or dispose of the contents, or parts thereof, in any another way that is not expressly permitted or allowed by mandatory law.

6. Duration and Withdrawal
6.1. Services are provided either free both with a fee according to the regulations in the relevant Specific Conditions.
6.2 You can still terminate this contract at any time, by sending an e-mail to the address set forth in art. 7
6.3 The Supplier may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice sent to your registration form e-mail with a 30 day notice.
6.4 If you do not access the Services for a time period longer than 12 months, LA7 reserves the right to terminate this contract.

7. Communications
7.1 For any request about Services, you can contact the Supplier writing an email to: sales@la7.it or a mail to: LA7 srl, Via della Pineta Sacchetti.229,cap 00168, Rome.
7.2 LA7 will contact you at the email address used for registration services and you, as registrated user, take note and agree that communications relating to these Terms and Conditions will be sent by the Supplier to the email used for registration services.

8. Express Termination Clause
8.1 The Supplier reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, pursuant to and by effect of Article 1456 Civil Code, by e-mail sent to the Registered User, in case of failure of even only one of the obligations contained in Articles. 1.4 (Major age); 2 (Registration and privacy); 5 (Intellectual Property Rights). It is subject to the right to compensation for any damage suffered.

9. Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Contract are regulated by Italian Law. The competent Court of residence or domicile of choice of Supplier for any dispute related to this Agreement.

EXPRESS APPROVAL OF RESTRICTIVE CLAUSE
You as Registred User acknowledge that you have read and accept the clauses of Articles. 2.2. "Registration and Privacy", 4 Indemnity, 5 "Intellectual Property Rights" and 6 "Duration and Withdrawal", pursuant to Art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code.
